Yogi Yin a Hurry

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms set out the agreement between you and Yogi Yin a Hurry (ABN 78 927 167 205) when you engage us to deliver workplace wellbeing services or when you use this website.

By submitting an enquiry, engaging us for services, or participating in a session we deliver, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Who we are

Yogi Yin a Hurry is operated by Hsiao Chin Yeo (known as Josie), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

You can contact us at josie@yogiyinahurry.com.au.

3. Services

We provide workplace movement and wellbeing services, including movement, mobility, stretching, breathwork, meditation and sound experiences. Services are delivered at your workplace, at other agreed locations, or online.

Scope, format, duration, frequency, pricing and other details will be confirmed in a written proposal following your enquiry.

4. Health and participation

Our sessions are intended for general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment or a substitute for individual advice from a registered health practitioner.

Participants are responsible for their own safety and should decline or modify any movement they feel is unsuitable for their body. Participants with injuries, pregnancy, cardiovascular concerns, or other medical conditions should seek medical clearance before participating.

Participation is voluntary. We ask organising teams to ensure employees understand participation is optional and that no adverse consequences follow from declining to attend.

5. Workplace health and safety

Our wellbeing sessions complement, but do not replace, employers' formal workplace health and safety obligations (including psychosocial risk duties under applicable legislation). Clients remain responsible for providing a safe environment, adequate space, and appropriate facilities for session delivery.

6. Bookings, cancellations and fees

Fees, invoicing and payment terms will be set out in the engagement proposal. Cancellation terms apply from the date of engagement confirmation. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur the full session fee.

7. Intellectual property

All content, materials and session formats we provide remain our intellectual property. You may use session recordings or materials internally within your organisation, but may not republish, resell, or distribute them externally without written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yogi Yin a Hurry's liability for loss or damage arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific session or programme in which the issue arose.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

10. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you engage us is the one that applies to that engagement.

These terms are provided as a starting-point summary. For a formal engagement, a full services agreement will be issued as part of the proposal. If you need a signed master services agreement before engaging, email josie@yogiyinahurry.com.au.
